Gerrymandering Is Not Politics. It’s a Warning About Democracy
Black Americans are being told, once again, not to overreact while democracy quietly shifts beneath our feet. From voter suppression to extreme gerrymandering, the pattern feels painfully familiar: every time Black communities gain political power, the rules suddenly change. This is not normal politics. It is a warning sign wrapped in legislation, district maps, and the language of “election integrity.”
