WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES IF YOUR PACKAGE STATES IT WAS DELIVERED. TOUCHED APPAREL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING OR DELIVERY DUE TO FORCES OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL SUCH AS WEATHER OR POSTAL DELAYS.
